Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Trackworth, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Description of Service

Trackworth is a personal finance tracking application for iOS. It allows you to track accounts, transactions, budgets, investments, and net worth. All data is stored locally on your device.

Not Financial Advice

Trackworth is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. It does not provide investment advice, tax guidance, financial planning, or recommendations of any kind.

• Do not use Trackworth as a substitute for professional financial advice.
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor for investment and tax decisions.
• Account balances, net worth calculations, and budget figures are for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual bank or institution balances.
• Trackworth does not connect to banks or financial institutions. Imported data is only as accurate as the statement files you provide.

Subscription Tiers

• Free: Up to 3 accounts, CSV import, basic budget tracking.
• Pro ($5.99/mo or $59.99/yr): Unlimited accounts, OFX/QFX/CSV import, YNAB import, 6-month trends, category breakdown, subscription tracker, CSV data export.
• Max ($11.99/mo or $99.99/yr): Everything in Pro plus investment tracking, net worth dashboard, Share Extension import, priority support, and early access to new features.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we do not collect or store payment information. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal, refunds) is handled through your Apple ID account settings. Pricing and features may change; active subscriptions will be honored at their current terms until renewal.

Your Data

• All financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it.
• You are responsible for backing up your data. Deleting the app permanently deletes all data.
• We cannot recover lost data because we never had it.
• The CSV export feature (Pro and Max) allows you to back up your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the application for any illegal purpose.
• Redistribute or resell the application.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions.

Intellectual Property

Trackworth and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Trackworth and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Trackworth name, logo, and vault icon are trademarks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackworth and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

Trackworth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the application in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• Inaccurate data resulting from incorrectly imported bank statements.
• Financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
• Data loss resulting from deleting the app or device failure.

Termination

You may stop using Trackworth at any time by deleting the app. Since we don't have accounts or user data, there is nothing to terminate on our end. Active subscriptions can be cancelled through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Trackworth after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
